OECD Projects on Fighting Bid Rigging in Public Procurement - Peru and BrazilPeru and Brazil have both partenered with the OECD to assess their public procurement practices. While the Peruvian project will focus on the health sector, more particularly on procurement practices of EsSalud (the national social security agency), Brazil's will review the procurement system at the federal level. OECD-INDECOPI launch new Competition Regional Centre for Latin America20 November 2019 - OECD and INDECOPI launch new regional centre to provide capacity building assistance and policy advice for competition officials in Latin America. COUNTRY REVIEWS
The Inter-American Development Bank and the OECD have collaborated on a series of reviews of competition law and policy regimes in Latin America since 2003. Most of these reviews were performed during the meetings of the Latin American Competition Forum which are held every year in a different country in Latin America and the Caribbean.
