People in the Russian Federation consume on average 11.2 litres of pure alcohol per capita per year, roughly equivalent to 2.3 bottles of wine or 4.3 litres of beer per week per person aged 15 and over. In addition, in the Russian Federation, some population groups are at higher risk than others.

В России употребление алкоголя составляет в среднем 11.2 литра чистого алкоголя на душу населения в год, что примерно ровняется 2.3 бутылкам вина или 4.3 литрам пива в неделю на человека в возрасте 15 лет и старше. The OECD Working Group on Bribery considers that it is ready to conduct the Phase 3 evaluation of the Russian Federation, provided that Russia further aligns its foreign bribery offence with the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions (OECD Anti-Bribery Convention) by October 2020.
