Official Positions
Following the interview assessment, candidates who have not been selected but have been recognised to have relevant competencies may be considered within the next two years for comparable job openings that fit their profile. In such cases, the candidates will be contacted directly.
Official recruitment process generally take between 4 and 6 months.

The OECD is a knowledge-based organisation, and the people are vital to the Organisation’s ability to deliver on its mission and work programme. Through the recruitment process we want better understand your background, experiences and skills and fit for the position and organisation.
During your interview, you will be asked a mix of technical questions pertaining to the position, as well as competency questions based on those referred to in the job description and according to the level of the position. Please refer to the OECD Core Competency Framework for more information on each of the core competencies by job level.
