The Latin American Economic Outlook is a long-standing flagship of the OECD Development Centre, co-published with the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). The official launch of the Latin American Economic Outlook 2013 will take place on Friday 16 November 2012 (09:00-09:45) in Cádiz, Spain, in the framework of the XXII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government. The event will be opened by José Manuel García-Margallo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Spain, and Enrique Iglesias, Secretary-General, SEGIB; Alicia Bárcena, Executive Secretary, ECLAC. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General, OECD will present the principal conclusions and recommendations of the report.
