Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered remarks at an International Conference, in support of the people of Lebanon, organised by Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic on 2 December 2020. The Secretary-General spoke along with numerous Heads of State and Government, Heads of International organisations, Ministers and other high-level authorities.
